In North Dakota, we are all aware of the challenges our small, “Class B” schools are facing: attracting and retaining teachers, declining enrollment, technology challenges, school safety and emergency preparedness, mental and behavioral health, and financial management, to name a few. The Rural School Summit aims to help school leaders better address these issues through networking and brainstorming.

The NDSBA Annual Convention aims to allow school leaders to network with other professionals in the field, as well as provide pertinent information and updates on school law, federal funding, legislation changes, and more.
