Objective and Outcomes: *

“The NDCEL PLC Summit will be held March 23-24, 2020 - Ramkota Hotel, Bismarck. Facilitated by Solution Tree Associate and PLC Master Coach Dr. Jason Andrews, day one will focus on providing teams with tools to produce highly effective collaborative teams engaged deeply in the PLC at Work process. Special attention will be paid to meaningful collaboration for small schools and singletons.

Learning outcomes for this session include:
• Describe/Recall the three big ideas, six characteristics, four pillars and four critical questions in a PLC
• Develop common language and shared understanding: clarify what a PLC is and isn’t
• Explain the power and importance of collaboration

Day two (which is optional) will provide facilitated team time with individualized technical assistance and coaching to both determine your school’s current reality as well as develop a plan to advance and sustain the PLC at Work process moving forward.

For those just beginning to explore PLCs, this is an excellent way to build your knowledge base. For those who are already involved in deep implementation, this two-day summit is the perfect opportunity to assess your progress and identify high-leverage next steps for implementation, introduce new team members to the process, and get answers to new questions.”
