Objective and Outcomes: 

Participants will be able to:
• Modify current discipline documents to better meet needs of students and staff as well as create consistency throughout the district.
• Plan and put on a student acknowledgment event celebrating positive behavior and reduced referrals.
• Use research to analyze if the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports has impacted office referrals.

Participants will engage in note-taking of each session, retreat, and development sessions. Group will have an ongoing action plan.

Participants will have completed three things on the MTSS-B Action plan by the end of the year, and be able to report out at the final retreat day.
