Objective and Outcomes: *

Participants will:
Read, research, and discuss initiatives from the research plan. 

Participants will develop strategies for implementation of research.

November/December: 
Implement research-based strategies in the classroom. Discuss progress on December 12, 2018.

January/February:
Read chapter 5-8 and discuss topics from research on January 16, 2019 during PLC time.
Develop strategies for implementation of research on January 23, 2019 during PLC time.

March/April: 
Implement research-based strategies in the classroom. Discuss progress on April 3, 2019 during PLC time. 

Observation and Integration of Learning 
All PLCs are required to complete the following. 
Step One: School Visit (pre-approved by building Principal). School visit(s) to be completed by February 6, 2019 (unleess.

Participants will explain the connection between their goal, their book and where their choice to observe? Reflection: How did they all help you meet your goal? How will this be incorporated in your classroom setting?

Please include research-based strategies that were used in your classroom this year. Please submit individual reflection to building principal prior to May 3, 2019.
