Objective and Outcomes:
  • Through weekly PLC meetings we are able to use student data to improve instruction and student achievement.
  • To review and plan pacing guides across three elementary schools. We will use standards to drive our conversations.
  • In order to prepare for an advanced ed system accreditation, we will gather survey data and other data from stakeholders to guide our schools' culture. 
  • To utilize our change agent to drive positive school culture.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application:
  • Participants will show evidence of learning through peer accountability and professional conversations. Group sharepoints will also be developed, where needed, to share and input data to guide conversation. 
  • Evidence will be observed by administrators who attend PLC's. The new learning will help guide instruction for the individual student to be successful.
