Objective and outcomes: 
  • Be introduced to the use of "The Hundredth Monkey."
  • Gain an understanding of the facilitation process and be provided a framework to learn facilitation skills by using the Frame, Procedure, and Debrief (reflection, closure, and discussion) process. 
  • Be introduced to the Experiential Learning Cycle, Social Emotional Learning and Learning Themes and learn how those themes are related to student outcomes. 
Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application:
  • All participants will design an activity based on learning them that includes the Framing, Procedure, and Debrief.
  • All participants will lead an activity that include the three components of Framing, Procedure, and Debrief.
