Objective and Outcomes: *

Goals:
1. Teachers will gather and prepare evidence for our system wide accreditation in November. Teachers will also be versed in the elliot evaluation tool for the accreditation.
2. Teachers will work individually and in grade level groups to gather and assess data on students and classes within JPII schools. Teachers will use this data to enhance instruction in order to increase student performance.
3. Teachers will also work in their grade level and building level teams to gather and assess data to evaluate student progress and vertical alignment in curriculum in the building and across the Network of schools.

Resources/Course Materials: *Resources that will be used are best practices through standards, strengths of fellow teachers and training through various websites.
Attendance: *Weekly attendance through Wednesday PLC's.
Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *Evidence of Learning:
-Teachers will fine tune there teaching through the evaluation of student engagement with the Elliot.
-Teachers will continually look at data to find out if students are learning and what to do if they are or are not. Data will come from Dibels scores and MAP scores for example.
-Teachers will enhance their teaching and students success throughout the Network by aligning curriculum throughout schools and vertically with in a building. This data will come from gathering pre and post assessments within a curriculum then meeting to evaluate.
