Teachers will complete a triplicate form following each observation - one copy to keep, one to the observed teacher, and one to the instructional coach. This record will help to track trends in instructional practices.
Teachers will also complete a reflection document showcasing their major take-aways, along with any artifacts/photos to showcase this implementation.
