Objective and Outcomes: 

Teachers will reflect on the difficulties of maintaining good classroom management.
Teachers will define STOIC Framework and how it applies to classroom management.
Teachers will reflect on how specific STOIC strategies can be structured in your own classroom.
Teachers will be able to assess the level of structure (high, medium, low) that will meet the needs of any particular group of students.
Teachers will be able to implement classroom strategies to create a management plan that corresponds to their students’ need for structure.
Teachers will be able to self-assess and (as necessary) implement a wide range of classroom management and behavior management strategies.
Teachers will be able to use non-evaluative peer coaching methods to assist in implementing effective classroom management strategies.
