There are a variety of topics and speakers each with individual objectives for their topics. Overall, the conference's objectives are to
Implement current concepts in strength and conditioning
Examine a variety of methodologies for strength and conditioning
Evaluate athlete needs, program design, and outcomes

There will be digital copies of the lecture and speakers may have additional handouts. Powerpoint will be online and we will try to record the skills sessions or part of them and have those available for review

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

Written evaluation through the answering of 3-5 questions based on lectures and skill sessions during the conference. I can provide a list of questions once the conference is over.
