Objective and Outcomes: *

The overall learning objectives will be to enhance professional learning communities for grade-level teachers. We will be focusing on specific benchmarks within our curriculum to meet the needs of student learners. Participants are expected to engage with each other on system-wide curriculums to enhance student learning.

Resources/Course Materials: *

Best practice for PLC's utilizing resources from the solution tree. Our current JPII curriculum and various books that focus on what it means to be a teacher. For example, the twelve virtues of a good teacher.

Attendance: *

Principal documentation of attendance and Microsoft TEAMS check-in.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

We already have a standard format of documentation for PLCs that get turned into the principals weekly. Teachers focus on goals and objectives based on the needs of the class. The administration gives the flexibility to teachers to develop their own goals and documentation of those goals. Teachers will use their results to adjust their curriculum focus to meet the needs of their students.
