Objective and Outcomes: 

Using Indicator 13 and SEL PLC's. The team is looking to show growth in the areas of transition components within the IEP, developing appropriate goals for students using appropriate rate of growth, monitor progress effectively, and report on progress in a timely manner including data that is relevant to the written goal in the IEP.
