Objective and Outcomes: * |
Participants will engage in intensive instruction and practical application activities covering the science of reading instruction. The content will cover the professional development required in NDCC 15.1-21-12.1 including scientifically based reading instruction and systematic delivery of phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency and comprehension. |

Professional provider AIM Institute for Learning and Research will present an in-person version of their online course aimpathwaysonline.org which is built on the science of reading. |

Sign in sheets will be used for class entrance and exit for both am and pm sessions. |
Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: * |
Participants will complete summary forms as they progress through the training. These forms will have "practical application" and "resource reminder" response areas to focus their learning on what they will bring back to apply in their classrooms and buildings. |
