Objective and Outcomes: *

Participants in the Certification Course will:

• Lead the way in delivering data-driven instruction using Lexile and Quantile measures as a Certified Lexile and Quantile Educator.

• Leverage the award-winning tools on the Lexile & Quantile Hub to complete performance tasks that are aligned with real-life scenarios for immediate implementation including our new science of reading-aligned tools for foundational reading.

• Collaborate with a professional learning community of educators to create classroom support materials and improve instructional planning with additional resources.

• Have the option to participate in a module based in foundational reading and the science of reading. 

• Develop strategies to communicate effectively with parents and peers on the significance of Lexile and Quantile measures and best practices for classroom instruction.

North Dakota - MetaMetrics® Lexile & Quantile Academy | Istation to the “Resource/Course Materials”  That is where ND Educators can go to take this training and get certified free of charge.

Resources/Course Materials: *

All resources and materials are provided on the Lexile and Quantile Hub.

Attendance: *

The Courses are 10 hours each self-paced with 90 days to complete. Additional reflection and documentation is required.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

All assigned modules need to be completed within the Lexile & Quantile Hub. Once the assigned modules are complete, Certification will be awarded.
