Objective and Outcomes: *

Staff will understand the effect of trauma on children and how that affects learning and behavior.

Staff will gain an understanding of the effects of trauma on their lives.

Staff will learn strategies and tools to address trauma with students in their classrooms.

Resources/Course Materials: *

We will build a Canvas course for staff to provide opportunities for participants to reflect and discuss topics after each of the six sessions.

Each session will be 2.5 hours long and will include reflection/discussion questions to be completed between sessions.
