Objective and Outcomes: *

Goals:
•Participants will be able to discern the temperament of others.
•Participants will be able to use the knowledge of temperaments to better guide students.

Learning Objectives:
•Participants will learn how the four main temperaments manifest themselves in children.
•Participants will learn how temperaments impact children’s socialization and discipline.
•Participants will learn how to best motivate each child by understanding their temperament.

Proposed Outcomes:
Participants will be able to learn and practice with their peers how to identify which temperament different children have. They will learn how to use this knowledge and understanding to help children grow socially, virtuously, and academically. Participants will also gain an understanding as to what types of discipline are effective with the various temperaments.
