Objective and Outcomes: *

After this book study, participants will be able to:
1. To increase participant comprehension of “The Other Wes Moore” through diverse learning opportunities organized around the book’s six reoccurring themes.
2. To engage participants in discussions and debates on themes and issues faced by the author and his counterpart.
3. Apply learning to better understand the variables of circumstances that youth are challenged with when navigating educational systems within the context of difficult upbringings.
4. Apply learning to better understand variables relevant to colleagues and coworkers to effectively address the needs of students they serve.
