Objective and Outcomes: *

Objective: Participants will assemble a school, family, and community action team for student success. The team will develop a One-Year Action Plan anchored in four goals aligned to their school strategic plan which will be implemented during the 2022-23 school year.

Leaders will record webinar and in-person attendance. Participants must attend all trainings or make arrangements with instructor to complete make up session.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

The participants will be working together as part of a local school team. The work that they produce as their one-year plan will be the product of their learning. They will [plan to] lead the implementation of the local plan during the 2022-23 school year.
