School teams will identify existing Early Warning Systems (EWS) Data Sources. School teams will identify EWS Intervention Sources. School teams will develop and implement effective EWS Intervention Monitoring Systems relevant to their schools.

Resources/Course Materials: *

American Institute of Research provided materials, and school data.

Attendance: *

Event Coordinator will use an attendance spreadsheet to track attendance & monitor schools completion of training for credit.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

Implementation of an initial Data System for monitoring student progress toward graduation. Local EWS team meets regularly to implement local Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System.
