• Observed Test Administration
o Administration of informal and formal assessments including curriculum based measures, interviews, observations, and diagnostic assessments
• Practice subtests of selected assessments
• Achievement Assessment Project/Diagnostic Report/Case Study
o Background information on the student
o Administration of Diagnostic measures
o Administration of Curriculum Based Measures
o Conducting file reviews, interviews, and observations
o Analyze results of assessments
o Report findings of a diagnostic assessment and integrate assessment information to generate programming and interventions for students
o Complete all necessary Special Education evaluation paperwork

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

To fulfill course credit, participants must meet for assigned face to face class time; totaling 21 hours. Each participant will be expected to complete a case study outside of class. Each individual will log at least 9 hours of time administering, scoring, and interpreting various assessments covered in class over the course of the dates listed above. You will also be expected to practice selected assessments on test subjects throughout the course.
