Objective and Outcomes: *

Provide professional development for educators working with students with significant cognitive disabilities. Provide a focus on teaching using evidence-based practices in the area of English language arts, mathematics, & science. Provide research-based info on how students with significant cognitive or multiple disabilities learn best. Provide important info regarding components of the DLM system.

Attendance: *

Online eventbrite registration to begin DLM module training.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

50 modules on various DLM topics. Each module includes 30-35 min of learning & a 10-question quiz. Once participant scores 80%, they pass the module. State Assessment Coordinator facilitates the recipient's list, educator's modules completed and length of time to complete module. Educator will apply for credit after 15 hrs have been completed.
