Deepen understanding of researched-based literacy strategies to improve Tier One instruction
Analyze data to identify areas of growth
Understand student behaviors that lead to transfer of learning
Identify and implement effective practice literacy strategies in all content areas to improve outcomes for Native American, EL, Low SES, and Special education students
Engage in collaborative and reflective practice

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: 

Reading, discussion, application, and reflection will cover the bulk of our evaluation. More specifically, after identifying a problem of practice, participants will be engaged in face to face activities and reflections through workshops with consultant. Additionally, they will have opportunity to reflect during coaching/microteaching cycles.

Participants’ evidence may vary but may include: video of lesson delivery, lesson plans/data/results, reflection blog response, PD delivery.
