Objective and Outcomes
After successful completion of Connect to a Career Activities, participants will:
* Have an in-depth understanding of the programs offered at a 2 year community and technical college
* Identify student abilities well-suited for programs offered at a community and technical college
* Recognize the value of an education from a comprehensive community and technical college
* Realize the employment opportunities and earning potential upon completion of a degree or diploma from a community and technical college

Resources/Course Materials: *

Hard copies of the college view-book and program/major plans, and relevant materials to be used during the event.

Attendance: *

Attendance will be taken every day via an on-site sign-in sheet.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

All participants will be sent a survey regarding their experience with the event. Those who register for the CEU or graduate credit will also submit a paper summarizing their experience and writing about how they'll use the information. A pass/no pass grade will be assigned to the paper.
