Full course description

Scrum is one of the Agile frameworks for Project Management. It employs an adaptive and iterative approach for managing projects and product development. This session provides participants with an introductory overview of Agile and the mechanics of Scrum.

This session is facilitated by Dr. Mark Fitzloff. Mark Fitzloff is a perpetual student of learning.  He also directs the Master of Project Management program at the University of Mary, serving as a member of the faculty for over 11 years.  As a certified Project Management Professional, he has 18 years within the software industry, serving in a variety of capacities.  Prior his work within the software industry, Mark had served over 9 years as a rescue professional (crash, fire, rescue, diver, paramedic).  His personal motto is "Always curious, ready to learn, and ask questions!"
