1. Connect with teachers in similar teaching environments.
2. Share challenges/successes.
3. Plan for ways to differentiate instruction.
4. Analyze student data and look for trends.
5. Share learning with their content PLC.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

1. Participants will share their learning with their grade-level PLC, as well as their content PLC.
2. Participants will try ideas (shared from other participants or learned from the reading) in their classroom and invite the Instructional Coach in for a mini-coaching cycle.
3. A WMS "Hybrid/Distance Learning Playbook" will be created documenting the successes and tips/tricks shared by the participants. This will then be available for the entire staff.
