Participants will increase authentic learning within any learning mode by exploring:
• Deeper Thinking and Learning
• Authentic Work
• Student Agency and Personalization
• Technology Infusion
In order to create/refine a deliverable based on a self-selected goal to increase authentic learning in their course.

Resources/Course Materials: *

4 Shifts protocol will be the cornerstone document. Participants will then be offered a "reading frenzy" consisting of various articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, etc. to choose which areas they want to learn more about.

Attendance: *

Login and progress tracking through LearnBPS for asynchronous along with Microsoft Teams and Big Blue Button for synchronous virtual meetings.

Evaluation and Evidence of Learning and Application: *

To receive a passing grade, participant must:
ü Complete asynchronous readings, reflections, and discussions to learn about the 4 Shifts.
ü Revise deliverable based on the 4 Shifts, choice learning, self-selected goal, and feedback.
ü Participate in weekly synchronous sessions by sharing their deliverable for feedback and giving feedback to others.
