Innovation is becoming a core competency for project managers. The project manager must actively seek ideas that add value throughout the project life cycle to ensure that results are achieved. Innovation is a collaborative process and occurs throughout the execution of a project. This course will enable the participant to master the art of innovation in project management.

This session is facilitated by Anissa Goehring. Anissa Goehring is a certified Project Management Professional with 15+ years of experience working as a project and program manager. She has worked in varying industries such as biotechnology, call centers, outsourcing, Department of Homeland Security, finance, and academia as a project manager. Anissa loves applying the project management principles uniquely to each industry she serves. She is a positively driven individual who naturally develops, supports, plans and executes. She leads with heart, energy, and determination. Anissa has been an adjunct instructor at University of Mary since 2015.
