Full course description

Where do we start when the effort is ambiguous? Much like traditional project management, Scrum has a set of activities for guiding a team through the initiation of an Agile project. This session provides participants with an overview of initiation processes to successfully ready a Scrum project.

This session is facilitated by Dr. Mark Fitzloff. Mark Fitzloff is a perpetual student of learning.  He also directs the Master of Project Management program at the University of Mary, serving as a member of the faculty for over 11 years.  As a certified Project Management Professional, he has 18 years within the software industry, serving in a variety of capacities.  Prior his work within the software industry, Mark had served over 9 years as a rescue professional (crash, fire, rescue, diver, paramedic).  His personal motto is "Always curious, ready to learn, and ask questions!"
