Objective and Outcomes: *

To give staff tools and strategies to build relationships with students and create a more positive atmosphere in school. To build a culture of respect through our interactions with students by using appropriate body language, comments, and reinforcing good behavior.

Resources/Course Materials: *

The title of our book is , "Well Managed School, Strategies to create a productive and cooperative social climate in your learning community" by Boy's Town Press. Authors include; Hensley, Lamke, Powell, Hartman, Green, and Meeks.

Attendance: *

There will be a book summary to be submitted to me when staff are done with their reading and discussion.

This will be done through observations, discussions, and summary paper.
