•Create a goal/hypothesis to drive the action research (individual or group)
•Identify specific teacher behaviors they wish to target for change
•Participate in learning walks with members of their group.
•Reflect on new learning with group
•Generate “Teacher Hack” paragraph relating to their topic – to be shared with school
