Full course description

Approximately 70% of all projects are late and over budget. The average cost overrun is more than 40%. Billions of dollars are wasted on projects yearly due to costly budget and schedule overruns. How do you avoid becoming part of that 70%? Plan and manage your projects using project management tools and techniques such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), precedence diagrams, critical path analysis, cost estimation techniques, building contingency reserves and evaluating and projecting project costs and schedules using Earned Value Analysis.

This session is facilitated by Richard Garman. Rich Garman currently oversees North Dakota business development projects for Great River Energy.
