Teachers will:
Recognize the six metacognitive strategies (asking questions, responding, making connections, visualizing, summarizing and clarifying).
Practice and use the six metacognitive strategies within their text and reflect on how it impacted their comprehension.
Notice and observe others that implement effective discussions and literacy structures within the classroom. 
Discuss and share how they can impact change within the school system so more student can access the Career Academy.
Implement reading strategies within a course. 
Use data to inform instructional practice.
